The design blends modernity with rural artistry. All furniture is brand-new, and both the décor and the atmosphere reflect our core concept: rural luxury.

Upon entering the estate, the parking area is on the right, and the yoga/gym studio is on the left.

Continuing straight ahead leads to the main entrance. Once inside, you’ll find three annexes that function as independent rooms separate from the main house. Each one is a double room with a fully equipped private bathroom.

One of them features a living room, turning it into a suite.

Inside the main house, there are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and a third double bedroom on the upper level. This upper-level room has a private terrace with views of Mahón and the surrounding nature, furnished with outdoor lounge beds and seating. It also connects to a staircase that leads directly down to the pool.

The house includes a spacious living room with a fireplace. The living room opens onto the outdoors, becoming a beautiful terrace—perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

Next to the living room is a library stocked with art, cooking, and design books, as well as board games and a dedicated workspace. It’s ideal both for young children and for anyone needing a quiet place to work.

The kitchen, also located inside the main house, is fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances.

Exiting the kitchen, a path lined with shrubs leads to the pool: a modern, elegant, recently renovated saltwater pool overlooking the countryside and Mahón.

Below the pool, a staircase leads to the last two bedrooms of the property. Both have double beds and share a bathroom—these are the only rooms that do so. For this reason, they are ideal for families (parents and children), close friends, or guests needing special care. These two rooms have a spacious terrace with views of olive and fruit trees.
