This exceptionally beautiful property is located in a very quiet and spectacular position, just a few kilometers away from the lovely village of Montalcino. The views from the house are outstanding taking in the Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, considered by many as the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. The property comprises both a large Tuscan stone-built farmhouse and a small guest house, and has recently been bought by a well-known Italian interior designer. It has been restored and furnished to the same high standard as another villa rented by our agency and was completed in 2000. This property is particularly spacious and well lighted. All bedrooms have a private bathroom.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2022 Juline DP. Merci *****, très bon séjour dans l ensemble oui. Endroit superbe. ****/**** ont été d une grande aide dans l ensemble. La Maison a de beaux espaces et est très agréable. En terme d amélioration il y a quelques équipements qui commencent a être un peu âgée et cela se sent (cafetière, bouilloire, grille pain, certains salle de bains, Les système de déshumidificateurs etc) Donc de façon très transparente tout était très Bien, potentiellement un peu cher par rapport aux expectations que l on peut avoir sur l’équipements ou Les petits détails (parasol vieillot, qualité serviette de linge etc Mais merci pour tout
