You will be only a few minutes by boat from a pretty medieval town with its Venetian castle and fish restaurants by the sea. You will also be in a cultural crossing, because you can visit Athens and its heritage as well as Cyclades Islands.

Outside the patios and the many shady and furnished terraces will allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation, dine admiring the unspoiled natural surroundings and the beautiful bay that awaits you.

Large verandas surround the whole building with beautiful views on the sunset.

Courtyard bedrooms:

• Captains Room: 1double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

• Captains Suite, two single beds with en-suite bathroom and a living room / kitchenette.

Pashas Building

• Grand Pasha’s Suite: Is an extra large elegant bedroom with fireplace and with en- suite bathroom with cast iron bathtub and separate marble shower and its own living room with independent entrance. It has a King size bed (1.90m x 2 m) and can accommodate two single bed (1m x 2m) in the adjoining living room for children.

Traditional Country Cottage: this is a gem - a fully renovated original cottage with its own kitchenette, a fireplace, original wood floors and one bathroom, two rooms and a living room.

• The master bedroom with queen size bed also has a single bed as a sofa.

• The second bedroom has two twin beds.

• In the living room there is a sofa with two beds as sitting area.

• It can sleep up to 6-7 persons

Dining Alcove: a long shaded veranda in the back of the Harem.

Barbecue is a separate space shaded and has a large fireplace for grilling and cooking while next to it is a large inset wooden table for 20 persons.

Pasha’s Kitchen: a large renovated kitchen for the preparation of meals by a private chef. This is the second kitchen, while the kitchen in the main villa is mostly used by guests and for serving the meals.
