The villa has a living bright area with a view over the Siek bay and the Dossen and a complete equipment to relax all the family. The sleeping area is composed of 4 nice suites with all having their own private bathroom. The covered pool is also heated all year round.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 50% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.
