Luxury apartment for rent in Paris for 6 people

On the third floor of a listed historic townhouse in central Paris, this 230 m² duplex penthouse offers a rare setting for a private Paris stay. Its typically Parisian vaults have been preserved and give the space its character, while light tones, soft materials and considered lighting create a mood that is both heritage and contemporary. You live here as in a genuine private residence, with the reassurance of discreet hotel service: breakfast, room service and a concierge. A luxury rental in Paris for up to six guests.

Layout

This three-bedroom Paris penthouse is laid out as a duplex with a mezzanine. The living room spreads beneath the vaults and leads to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and the two guest bedrooms share a second bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are flexible: a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and twin beds or a king-size bed in the third room. The interiors take a fresh look at classicism, in off-white, beige and touches of stone, with sleek contemporary furniture set against the original architecture.

Amenities

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to entertain at home, from a simple lunch to an intimate dinner. The penthouse offers bath and shower, a separate guest cloakroom, Wi-Fi, television, a minibar and a wine cellar, with views over both the street and the inner courtyard. The hotel provides breakfast, room service and a concierge, and can arrange a private chef or personal trainer on request.

Location

The penthouse occupies the third floor of a townhouse listed as a historic monument, in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement on the Right Bank. Period vaults, impressive ceiling heights and an Italian-style inner courtyard give this discreet address real character. The grand boulevards, shops and restaurants of the neighbourhood are all within walking distance, making this Paris luxury rental an easy base for living the city day to day.
