Those enjoying a well-earned break at the villa, will be expertly looked after by the friendly yet unobtrusive maid and cook; they are responsible for daily cleaning and preparing succulent Italian meals (extra cost) in line with the special needs and preferences of guests. The loveliness of the surrounding Tuscan landscapes is reflected in villa's interior design, a perfect integration of colour, light and sublime beauty.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, cash, upon arrival.
