This beautiful property is situated among olive groves and vineyards on the hills east of Lucca. It is composed of a very old stone-built house and a guest house. From both of them one can enjoy magnificent views over the valley. A particular feature of the main house, dating back probably to the 13th century, is a beautiful open loggia offering glorious views of the surrounding valley. The owner, an architect and designer by profession, furnished the property with period furniture while maintaining the character of the original structure. All modern facilities, including WIFI connection, were supplied to fulfil the guest's needs

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 750 €, cash, upon arrival.
