This beautiful villa is situated on the west coast of the island on the rural road leading to Vroulidia bay which is a pebble beach, known for its clear waters. Built on a sloping hill, the villa offers an uninterrupted view to the aegean and the western cyclades.
The house is traditionally built in stone and consist of cubic forms of different size that that perfectly match the scarcely inhabited environment.
The orientation of the main indoor and outdoor living spaces is west, providing shade in the morning and sunset sea view in the evening from practically every corner of the house. Access to the villa is from the east (hillside) where parking is foreseen. A stone stair leads to the main entrance and corridor at the upper level.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.

Aout 2024 Agate D. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux pour nos vacances. La villa exceptionnelle. On a adoré! L’emplacement incroyable, couché de soleil incroyable, l’île était formidable. Tellement adoré que on se demande si on ne va pas y retourner l’année prochaine ! Tout était très bien organisé ! Un sans faute. Ravie de la qualité des prestations. Un 10 sur 10 !
Février 2024 Le chemin de terre a été goudronné sur une largeur de 5 mètres depuis la route principale jusqu'à la maison et quelques centaines de mètres plus bas vers la plage, ce qui rend l'accès à la villa beaucoup plus facile environ 15-20 minutes du port. Aurore Agence Bellavista 27/02/2024
Août 2023- Hala B. : Notre séjour était vraiment super. La villa est magnifique et très tranquille. Elle était encore mieux que ce que nous avions espéré. La plage à proximité est très sympa. Le propriétaire est adorable et très agréable. Le service de l’agence et la qualité de ses produits sont vraiment tops.

Aout 2017-R.B :Je vous confirme tant la très grande qualité des prestations proposées par cette villa d'architecte que la gentillesse et la disponibilité de son propriétaire, mais également de la femme de ménage. L'emplacement est à notre sens idéal car dans la région la plus préservée de Sifnos, avec une vue absolument magnifique. Les villages ne sont néanmoins qu'à 20mn de route. La piscine est un vrai bonheur (surtout pour les nageurs grâce au couloir de nage)!Une simple recommandation de ma part: prenez peut-être simplement soin de mentionner que la route peut paraître un peu difficile à certains et nécessite comme vous le mentionnez un véhicule (et de préférence un bon).Cette villa d'architecte est magnifique, en extérieur et intérieur, alliant modernité et matériaux ancestraux ; et bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal pour ceux qui recherchent le calme et souhaitent profiter des paysages cycladiques. Les propriétaires sont adorables.
