The villa of approx. 290 sq. m.. It is situated in an amphitheatric estate in the South-West coast of Andros, no more than 10 minutes drive from the sea port of Gavrio and 5 minutes drive from the sandy beach of Fellos bay.
It has been designed with the use of natural, environmental friendly materials, combining the “Cycladic” architecture with the “modern”, satisfying the highest expectations of the tenants' for luxury and comfort.
The villa with breathtaking view to Fellos bay and the green valley shaped between the mountains, extends into three levels, can accommodate eight people, in four bedrooms. Living space is completely autonomous with exclusive landscaped garden of an average surface of 1.000 sq.m, a 4 x 9 sq.m swimming pool and a parking area.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 800 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.

Julien H. Aout 2024 La maison est très jolie et facile d’accès. Andros très sympa. Séjour très bien pas de problème, rien de particulier à signaler juste le satellite uniquement en allemand mais pour suivre les JO c’était pas gênant.
