This attractive stone built farmhouse was completely and immaculately restored. The interiors are particularly light and comfortable. The owner has used authentic Tuscan materials, such as cotto floors, beamed ceilings, and exposed brickwork. The wooden flooring on the second floor is all hand made. This property also benefits from a large, flat garden, completely fenced and surrounded by trees, making the house an ideal place for families. The new swimming pool is located 50 meters from the house, close to a patio with barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for evening meals. On the other side of the house the comfortable kitchen opens onto a veranda, ideal for al fresco meals. The location of the house is very convenient for visiting the main Tuscan towns. It is only 12 Km from the centre of Lucca and, being only 6 Km from a motorway exit, it is also possible to reach Florence in less than 50 minutes, and both Pisa and the beaches in half an hour.

Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Maison très agréable dans un bel environnement à proximité de Lucca. Belle piscine et grand jardin. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécie notre séjour, seul petit défaut une des chambres doubles en entresol avec peu de lumière.
