Thanks to this location, the views from the house are unforgettable like a romantic sunset on the sea with the Giannutri island and The Argentario Mont a little further. Only few steps and you will be able to reach the sea ; two private ways allow to access directly to the sea from the garden. This one has been drawn during the 50's by a well known landscape gardener and there are typical trees like olive and pine trees.
The terrace will offer you shaded areas where you could share enjoyable moments with your family or your friends. Yo also will be able to relax in the nice pool overlooking the sea.

Damage deposit : 5000 €, wire payment to bellavista using the financial services of swikly , along with down payment.
