Complaints

If you believe you need to make a complaint about the substantial quality of the service provided, you must contact Bellavista within 72 hours of your arrival, requesting the key manager to also record your complaint. In addition, you must send your complaint in writing within one week after the end of your stay. Bellavista will not consider any complaints after this deadline. In case of dispute, the Paris Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
