This modern and charming villa is located on a hill side in Maremma region, southern Tuscany, from where it's possible to enjoy beautiful views over the medieval town of Capalbio, the Argentario peninsula and the Tuscan sea.
The property comprises a main house ranging over two separate floors plus two annexed suites and they have all been fully renovated in 2007 with comfortable modern furnishings. The garden spreading over different levels is provided with several shaded loggias, the main one is fully equipped with a big barbeque and large marble table with chairs and is ideal for al fresco dining. The infinity-edge pool enjoys breathtaking views over the valley and the sea. The pool is fully equipped with changing room and nice and comfortable long chairs and sofas. Guests staying at the villa will be tempted to spend most of their time within the comforts of the property even if the seaside with its sandy beaches is only 15 minutes far and the nearby area is reach in nice locations to visit.
