This is an exceptionally attractive coastal villa set on a hill near the picturesque seaside resort of Ansedonia in the Maremma area of Tuscany. The epitome of comfort and impeccable taste, this property is ensconced in a beautifully landscaped garden that comes with an integrated pool area. Natural hues of white stones and colourful Mediterranean flowers combine with the deep blue of the sea below to create an almost paradisiacal effect. From the pool area, on a lower level, guests will enjoy breathtaking views of the famed Argentario Peninsula and the fishing village of Porto Ercole. The villa itself boasts a large veranda – again incredible views, just the place for drinks and al fresco dining. The landscaped garden at the rear has several enticing shaded nooks and crannies for reading and relaxing. Furnished throughout in perfect Italian style, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and all have their own private bathrooms. An unobtrusive and efficient caretaker lives on the premises and provides the maid services. For rentals in September for groups up to 6 people a reduction of Euro 1,000 will apply.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, cash, upon arrival.
