The villa has a superb view over the bay of Parikia and the countryside at the back of the house which can be admired from the outdoor terraces arranged for relaxation or for meals. You will just have to go down the hill to the beach which is only 1 km from the villa.
It has a 330 m2 furnished terrace ideal for eating out and enjoying the magnificent views of the Aegean Sea, Parikia Bay and the beautiful sunsets. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool (size 11 m x 5 m) accessible by 5 steps and 380m2 of private spaces around the pool to enjoy moments of relaxation.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
