The villa has a beautiful swimming pool (size 11 m x 5 m) accessible by 5 steps and 380m2 of private spaces around the pool to enjoy moments of relaxation.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
