Belle situation directement sur la plage au cœur d’un quartier résidentiel (même si chacun est chez soi les voisins sont proches). Idéale pour passer un séjour les pieds dans l’eau. Les pièces à vivres donnet sur la terrasse, avec vue mer, idéale pour vivre dedans dehors. Le Jardin avec l’espace en gazon plat en face de la terrasse est parfait pour que les enfants puissent jouer. Un petit passage entre la végétation donne accès à la plage. En effet il n’y a pas de clôture entre la maison et la plage, c’est la végétation laissée sauvage qui la délimite.
