Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Concernant les plages, il y en a 3:
2 accessibles à pied (mais il n'y a pas de restauration possible): une accessible à pied ou à vélo par un petit sentier. Cette plage est également empruntée par les clients d'un camping. L'autre est accessible en sortant de la propriété, et en rentrant dans un lotissement. Elle est également empruntée par les clients du lotissement. Vous pouvez aussi vous y rendre en voiture (compter 2 minutes depuis la villa).
La plage de Pinarello (qui se trouve en face de la maison) propose des petits restaurants pour vous restaurer le midi ou prendre un apéritif. Vous pouvez y accéder directement en 5 mins à pied, en traversant le camping ou vous pouvez y accéder depuis la villa en empruntant à pied (20 mins), en voiture (5 mins) ou en vélo (10 mins), une petite départementale où la circulation est très facile puisqu'il s'agit d'une voie sans issue pour les voitures.
