Between wild nature and the sea, imagine yourself staying in a bright house with a private swimming pool where you will have everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation with your family or friends. You are in Cascais, a small seaside town full of charm, 25 minutes from Lisbon. You are staying in the heart of the Quinta Da Marinha, in the middle of umbrella pines. Close to the house (by foot or by car) you have the golf courses of Quinta da Marinha or the one of Oitavos, a magnificent sports club where you can take lessons, swim in a huge indoor swimming pool, play tennis or Padel, and if you walk a little more discover one of the most magnificent equestrian center in our eyes.
You can also have lunch or dinner in the restaurants of the hotels around you: Quinta Da Marinha, Martinhall, Oitavos, Sheraton, horse club for a family meal, at the club house of Oitavos (very nice terrace overlooking the dunes and the ocean) ..... but also at the seaside ....
The ocean is 2 minutes away by car and the big beach of Guincho is 5 minutes away.
You are 5 minutes drive from the center of Cascais, 15 minutes from Sintra, 25 minutes from Lisbon and 35 minutes from the airport.
There is a bus stop 1 minute from the house.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 30 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, credit card, along with down payment.
