On the western part of the Algarve, the house is perched on the cliffs of Ferragudo. It faces west over the bay of Lagos and towards Sagres and the setting sun. The view is of the peaceful waters of the Algarve coast and yachts making their way from the marinas and of fishing boats passing in front of the house. Across the wide estuary is a distant view along Praia Rocha beach that is well known to the many visitors to the Algarve region of Portugal. The house’s original furniture has been restored, and the bedrooms have been refurbished in a more modern style but retain the original beds, which incorporate the family coat of arms. Regina, employed at the house for over 25 years, will clean the house and will ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
