Set in a large garden, each of the houses has a well-equipped pergola for dining outdoors, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Large picture windows in the living area of both houses allow one to enjoy the panorama of the rolling Umbrian hills. The swimming pool is situated on a raised terrace next to the villa. The interiors have been finely restored with prestigious materials: antique doors, 18th Century oak-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terracotta floors. A shared hard tennis court located in an exclusive club can be used by the guests of the villa (3 min by car). Spectacular views, tranquil sunsets and a relaxed quality of life, all have been the inspiration of the owners, enchanted with the area and the villa.

Here, in the area of Cortona-Umbrtide, you can experience the best of many worlds - medieval towns, recommended restaurants (one of those at walking distance) and trattorias, golf, wine tasting - all within easy access of the villa. Its strategic geographical position of the villa allows you to visit many places of artistic and architectural interest such as Cortona, Siena and Gubbio. During the low season, it is possible to rent either the main villa or the guest house separately, whilst the other will remain vacant during your stay. It is a highly recommended property.

Ground floor: large double living room with fireplace, two sitting areas and dining area with view of the garden, kitchen with fireplace with direct access to the garden, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower.

First floor: access via both external and internal staircase, hall with antique fireplace (not working), one master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath (hand held shower) with view of the valley, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath (hand held shower) and double basin, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Outdoor: large gazebo with table confortable for 14 and BBQ.

Guest house (sleeps 6)

Ground floor: living/dining room with fireplace and large panoramic window, large kitchen/breakfast room with fireplace, master bedroom, one bathroom with bath (hand held shower).

First floor: one twin bedroom with direct access to the pool area, one bathroom with shower.

Upper floor: one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower.

Outdoor: gazebo with table for 6.

Equipment: swimming pool (6,5 x 12), private tennis court (to share 2 Km approximately) available for guests use, during the weeeks it is open from 8.30 am to 7pm, closed on Sunday. It is possible to book the tennis court 15 minutes beforehand, it is not possible to book more in advance. Tennis equipment (rackets and balls).
