This huge property, located in a very panoramic position overlooking the hills of Florence and a small lake, consists of 3 parts, the oldest of which was built in the 13th Century and was used afterwards by the pilgrims who stopped there to rest. The property is located only 14 km from Florence making it a perfect location, not only for the proximity to the town, but also for exploring the surrounding countryside, and at the same time for relaxing in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house has been recently restored maintaining its charming country style but adding all modern comforts. The garden is accessible from the main entrance and also from a large verandah furnished for outdoor dining. The swimming pool is located in the higher part of the garden, where is also a changing-room and a bathroom with shower.

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2025 Emmanuelle A. La maison est sympa, style rustique qui ce n’est pas forcement le genre que nous prenons habituellement. Cela nous a permis de faire des visites à Florence.
Aout 2022 Ema S. Impression générale bonne. Nous avons eu un peu chaud au début car la villa n’est pas équipée de clim, mais les pièces sont grandes et agréable. Un des ventilateur à disposition ne fonctionnait pas nous l’avons signalé et nous avons eu des odeurs d’égouts à cause des orages. La piscine vraiment super. Deux petits bémol par rapport au petit bbq assez vieux => à changer et Il y a un chat sur la propriété qui a tendance à entrer dans la maison. La maison est chouette, mais on n’a pas trouvé les lits, la literie tip top et le terrain de pétanque n’est pas plat. Autrement tout le monde a été content, dans l’ensemble un très bon séjour. An noter qu’il faut bien suivre les instructions et pas le GPS pour se rendre à la villa.
