Located above the picturesque village of Praiano, a mere 9 kms from Positano, this is a completely renovated villa offering unforgettable views over the coast line. It deploys on three levels and what is really stunning is the lower level with its infinity pool overlooking the blue sea, Positano and the famous Faraglioni of the island of Capri at a distance.
From the street level an outside staircase leads you to the first living area and terrace; then few more steps take you to the 2nd level living area with a beautiful terrace and lawn. Another staircase leads to the third level with its grassed terrace and fabulous swimming pool area. The latter is totally shaded on the side towards the hill (assuring privacy from the overlooking house
The two of the units of the house can be independent of each other as both have their own kitchen and dining area and tables. The house is furnished in elegant style typical of the Amalfi Coast.
