The villa has been in 2007, in one of the most beautiful localities of southern Lefkas very close to two of the most famous beaches in Greece, the Egkremnoi and Porto Katsiki.

It is a complex of 4 villas (ionlef2301-2302-2303 and 2304), situated on a low hill, are the sole privately owned property in a verdant municipal area extending to three kilometres. The Villas have been built among the oaks, and the olive trees, 30- 70 metres apart from each other to maintain their privacy. They are in complete harmony with the landscape and are adapted to the traditional architecture. They have been built with local stone and natural materials, and roofed with old Byzantine tiles.

From the courtyards and the verandas of houses one can enjoy the evenings and the starry sky as well as the splendid colours of sunrise and sunset and of the sun and moon mirrored in sea before the houses. The landscape changes during the day as do the colours of the sea and the lighting of the islands that lie in full view from all the bedrooms and the living room.

The villa has its own rectangle swimming-pool, dimensions 4 x10m depth 1,60m, with a 200sqm verandas with deck chairs and umbrellas around the pool. There are more outdoor lounges, tables and chairs for 14 people, BBQ and parking space in front of each residence.

The villa of 230sqm is built on two levels and have a ground floor and a first floor. Internally they communicate via wooden staircase but they can also function independently via the exterior entries on each level. All the rooms have large wooden French windows as well as windows with double panes and screens.

The first level floors are traditionally wooden and the ceilings are supported by visible wooden trunks of pines and cypresses. On the ground level the floors are set with marble and the ceilings are the traditional Lefkas island white wood.

The paint and plastering selected for the walls and the ceilings are based on natural materials that allow the underlying wall elements to breathe. Their soothing colours add to the serene atmosphere.

There is air-conditioning in every room, however the excellent microclimatic conditions of the region, the summer breeze and the local winds, in combination with the orientation of the house and the arrangement of the exterior openings ensure natural cooling even during the hot summer days and render air-conditioning unnecessary.
