Perched high on the west side of Les Gets, with sweeping views across the valley and the adjacent slopes of the Perrières section, this exceptional chalet enjoys one of the most picturesque outlooks in the resort. Three floors, 270 sqm, designed around a spirit of gathering: a place where family and friends come together, ski-in, in a setting that is both comfortable and refined.

Up to twelve guests stay across five bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The centre of Les Gets is a four-minute drive away, giving easy access to the vast Portes du Soleil ski area.

Layout

The chalet unfolds across three floors, approached via a private drive and entered through either the main front door or the boot room.

The ground floor hosts three double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room — one of them also featuring bunk beds. This same level houses the cinema room and the wellness area: chromotherapy hammam, glass-fronted sauna, treatment room with relaxation corner. A laundry room and garage complete the level.

The first floor is entirely devoted to communal living. A vast open-plan space, bathed in light thanks to floor-to-ceiling glazing, takes in the valley at every turn. The lounge, arranged around an open log fire, opens via sliding doors onto the terrace where an eight-person hot tub awaits. The kitchen extends through an island breakfast counter and a dining table seating up to twelve. At the far end, an office with double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom converts, if needed, into a fifth bedroom.

The top floor, served by its own staircase, is entirely given over to the master suite. The king-size bed faces the glass doors and their private balcony, where the view plunges down the valley. A dressing area on one side, a vast bathroom on the other with large shower, his-and-hers sinks and free-standing bathtub.
