The villa is very soberly decorated and very bright: All rooms are large and both interior and exterior volumes are very pleasant. A large cathedral lounge overlooks the pool, a TV room on the back of the house, outdoor furniture carefully chosen with great taste, and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The guardian of this property is also a boat skipper and offers its services to take you on a boat trip on the most beautiful beaches of the region.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, by credit card along with down payment, not cashable.
