Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 55 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 40% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 40 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 40 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 600 €, bank card pre-authorization, along with down payment.
