This single-storey villa faces the Pacific Ocean in Santa Teresa. Built in a U around its private pool with a sun shelf, it opens onto a tropical garden that runs down to the sand, where a thatched beach cabana with a daybed is made for naps at sunset. The large open-plan living area brings together the lounge, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen, extended by a covered terrace with a dining table and barbecue. The house has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, including 4 suites with king size beds, and sleeps up to 9 adults and 2 children. Daily housekeeping is included and a concierge takes care of booking activities and excursions. Santa Teresa, on the Pacific coast of the Nicoya Peninsula, is known for its surf, its wild beaches and its laid-back atmosphere. Restaurants and shops are a short walk from the villa, a base for surfing, snorkelling, kayaking, horseback riding, zip-lining, sunset boat trips and fishing, as well as the nearby national parks and nature reserves.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 50% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 50% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
