This charming 17th century villa was once a schoolhouse for a large estate, and has been restored as the private home of one of the family members. The restoration was carefully designed to retain the original architectural features with vaulted ceilings, cotta pavers, and brickwork floors. The villa is large and will comfortably accommodate 10 people. Views are classically Tuscan, surrounded on three sides by an olive grove, the property is very private and affords a wonderful view of the rolling hills of the countryside and vineyards. Here you're private and yet very close to dining, shopping, and many activities including touring Chianti, horseback riding, tennis court located on the property, and mountain biking

Août 2023 Rosine B. Séjour top. Tout a été impeccable, les chambres sont grandes, la personne en charge de l’accueil charmante, le manager de la villa nous a répondu à tous nos messages. La maison est chouette bien décorée très calme. Piscine propre. Nous avons fait la dégustation du domaine c’était très sympa même si seulement une partie était en français et l’autre en anglais. Le signal Wifi allait et venait, aussi le signale téléphonie n’est pas stable à l’intérieur de la maison il faut sortir. Nous avons eu une bonne réponse à notre demande de la part de l’agence. La personnalisation de nos échanges était très agréable.
Août 2013 BC: une excellente appréciation de manière générale. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Tout particulièrement TOSSIE 3101 avec une localisation idéale et une qualité de services exceptionnelle (disponibilité et gentillesse des propriétaires, disponibilité du personnel de service toujours prévenant et prêt à aider, cuisinier à domicile sur demande pour un prix raisonnable et une excellente cuisine).
