Paiement terms : Down payment of 40% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 40% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, cash, upon arrival.
