This is a beautiful villa built at the end of the 18th Century. It is a typical Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of one estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. One of these is proposed by our agency too. The villa is located just 5km from Lucca, thus combining proximity to the town of Lucca with the peace and beauty of the surrounding countryside. The area has always been famous for its wine and nowadays it is one of the most popular residential areas of the town of Lucca. The villa has been totally converted during the last couple of years and has been fully furnished in an elegant style. It can accommodate groups of up to 20 people, with all bedrooms (except one) having their own bathroom. A new swimming pool (18X8) has been installed in a panoramic position a short walk from the house.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, cash, upon arrival.

AOÛT 2021- Laurent K. : La maison était idéale pour notre groupe. Elle est très logeable, et la proximité de TOSLUC 1013 n’est pas génante. Elle est très agréable à vivre, la piscine est très bien, très vaste, tout comme la table dans le jardin. Elle est très bien placée vs Lucca, très calme. Coté moins, elle n’a pas de vue comme on peut voir souvent en Toscane et le standing pourrait être amélioré. ( sur la qualité des salles de bain par exemple, qui sont très petites, et douche de qualité très moyenne) Merci pour cette maison qui nous a satisfait.
