This unique property is located just in the splendid Portofino peninsula with private sea access. It is spectacularly located on the promontory of Portofino 15 minutes by foot from the central «piazzetta», with its designer shops and seafood restaurants, and the harbor, with its elegant yachts. The Portofino area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, doing water sports and taking day trips to other areas of the Riviera or to Cinqueterre. Portofino is entirely for pedestrians. A private elevator connects the harbor with the pedestrian road that gets to the lighthouse, along this road are located the most exclusive villas: our rental is about 300 meters from the elevator.

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Aout 2023 Helene P. La maison était bien. Comme vous nous l’aviez annoncé la logistique est assez difficile à cause de l’accès sans voiture à la villa, le manque de vraies magasins alimentaires à Portofino (il n’est pas possible de faire de vraies courses même à pieds dans la petite ville, il n’y a qu’une minuscule épicerie bonne pour des courses de dépannage et encore) La femme de ménage était très discrète. Nous avons apprécié la sortie en bateau mais il n’a pas été possible de partir de ka plateforme de la maison, nous sommes partie du port de Portofino. La maison est unique, sa position face à la mer est incroyable et nous avons profité de l’accès à la mer pour nous baigner tous les jours plusieurs fois par jour. Depuis la maison nous avons beaucoup de balades, la région est vraiment très jolies.
