Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 50 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 50 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 5000 €, wire payment along with down payment, cashable.

Aout 2023 Marguerite D. La maison est top. Au début c’est un peu lourd de régler toutes les avances sur les extra et nous étions perplexe mais tout c’est très bien passé. Le personnel de la maison est vraiment exceptionnel. Les femmes de ménage, le manageur et le concierge sont dévoués et d’une gentillesse remarquable. La villa joui d’une super localisation, proche de Lucca à 5-10 minutes et très facile d’accès. Il est possible d’aller aussi bien à Florence que à la mer à Forte dei Marmi. Le séjour a été très très chouette. La cuisine du chef très bonne, familiale, toujours avec une gentillesse au top. Nous avons passé un super moment au point de vouloir la relouer pour l’année prochaine. L’organisation rien à dire. Seul bémol il faudrait un autre endroit pour manger dehors pour faciliter l’accès de la cuisine.
Gregory M. août 2021: Propriétaire très gentil, Nourriture exceptionnelle, Situation très bien. Le jardin devant n’est pas assez aménagé, un peu vide, manque de parterre de fleurs, le gazon avait souffert de la sécheresse, le terrain de tennis mérite une remise en état. Internet pas assez de haut débit et n’est pas présent partout dans la villa. Nous avons eu un problème de climatisation pendant la période de forte canicule, qui a été résolu. La route pour monter à la maison n’est pas adaptée au voiture basse. Le couple qui gère la maison est très bien, le cuisinier super. La villa est dans l’ensemble un bon rapport qualité prix par rapport au nombre de couchages
La climatisation a été refaite en 2023, la route d’accès améliorée en 2022 et pour la prochaine saison le propriétaire est en train de réfléchir à une rénovation des chambres. L’équipe BellavistaVilla - Lucca Area
