Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 700 €, cash, upon arrival.

Clement Q. Aout 2023 Tout c’est bien passé. Les ajustements que nous avions remontés lors de notre premier séjour ont été fait. (les lits ont été changés, plus d’aménagement sur la terrasse, la cuisine toujours vieux style mais tout fonctionnant)
Florence Q - AOUT 2021 : Villa immense et magnifique, correspondant à la description, propre et munie de tous les éléments permettant un séjour agréable en famille nombreuse (jeunes adultes). Jardin et piscine superbes. Situation idéale par rapport au village offrant les commerces de proximité et les sentiers permettant des balades à pied. Mais seul un lit s'est révélé réellement confortable, les autres étant vieux et déformés, ce qui est inadmissible pour le prix de la villa. Et les horaires de piscine (19h le soir) étaient imprévus et trop justes. - Accueil charmant. Sélection efficace des villas selon nos critères. Disponibilité rapide par mail ou téléphone. Suivi de notre séjour par téléphone, ainsi que de notre satisfaction au retour, avec prise en compte de nos remarques.
Merci beaucoup de votre précieux retour. Le propriétaire nous a confirmé que les matelas vont être changés. Nous avons rajouté une note sur le descriptif de la villa pour les horaires d’utilisation de la piscine (qui selon la loi régionale ne peut restée ouverte pendant la nuit) et demandé, comme pendant votre séjour, plus de flexibilité sur les horaires d’ouverture. Mai 2022 Les sommiers ont été remplacés avec des nouveaux a lattes et des nouveaux matelas. Oreillers anti acarien. Les casseroles ont été rénovées à 50 %, ont été remplacés tous les vers et a été achetée une machine espresso.Valérie G aout 2021 : Villa Très Très bien, Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes très contents du séjour, impeccable comme d’habitude. La cuisine est un peu vieillotte tel que sur les photos. Beaux et grands espaces, piscine géniale très grande. La fenêtre de la cuisine mérite d’avoir une révision. Pas beaucoup d’eau chaude pendant le séjour mais cela nous n’a pas affecté en raison des fortes chaleurs.
Villa magique, exceptionnelle, globalement fonctionnelle Le seul problème les lits : la qualité de la literie n’est pas homogène, nous nous avions un lit très confortable mais certains ont des sommiers à ressort qui mériterait d’être changés
