This luxury villa is taking place on the shore of the Adige river, midway between the Lake Garda and the famous city of Verona, north Italy.
It is an historic property part of the sublime Venetian villas. Built in the 16th century, it was renovated in the 60’s. It is a testimony of the Italian heritage. The inside of the main house has indeed kept signs of this legacy with its traditional furniture and decoration. For your holidays in the lakes’s region, groups up to 20 people will perfectly fit there. 12 people in the main house and its 300 sqm. And 8 others divided into the two annex of 85 sqm each.
The estate on which is the property is of 4 hectares, shared between park and vineyard, surrounded with pine, olive and cypress trees. In the heart of the garden you will have the chance to relax by the private swimming pool of 17 x 8 meters, ideal to welcome your large group.
From the house you will find a path that allow you to join Verona as well as Lake Garda by bike. For energetic holidaymakers, golf, tennis court, riding or parachute schools are very close. Try out rafting in the surroundings of the villa. Its location is perfect to discover the many treasures of the region. Verona, Mantua, Vicenza, Sirmione for the cultural side. Lake Garda, Regional natural park of Lessinia or also Monte Baldo for the nature side. And as we are here in Italy, we advise you to also give yourself a treat with tasting of wines from the area and other cheeses from Alps.
