The villa sits to the left of the parking area.

Various outdoor terraces with super-panoramic seating areas line the entrance into a triple living room. The first two sections of the living room enjoy sofas and chairs, a stone fireplace, Satellite TV, and views out onto the terrace. The third section enjoys a dining area with oval dining table for 6. Various antique furniture, lamps, and paintings line the room which is paved with hand-made, ceramic tile floors.

The living room leads, on the far end, to the first, full bathroom with shower and washing machine.
