Very charming sea front house located on a large and flat plot, facing the sea. The villa enjoys numerous terraces, all of them very nicely oriented, in order to bath in the sun, and enjoy the views of the sea. From this villa at the end of Deauville, where Benerville Village starts, You can embrace a view from the Roches Noires of Villers to le Havre. The beach is really sandy, large and safe, right in front of the house. The villa is all dedicated to the sea, and all rooms boast a views.
