This beautiful villa is in Marrakech gates, around 15 mins from the center and it is located in a quiet and pleasant environment. Its living surface is 500m2 and it offers all the necessary comfort to have a wonderful time in Morocco.

Accommodation:

This villa is composed of a hall, a large equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine). There is also a large dining room and a living room; a TV room equipped with plasma TV, an HIFI system, a DVD player and an office. The 5 double bedrooms are all air conditioned (possibility to separate a double bed to have 2 single beds) and they all have a bathroom.

On the outside, we will enjoy the large garden as well as the terrace for your diners with the barbecue and the pool (17 x 7m). A billard is also at your disposal. A dog is always on the property.

Staff (a security guard, Mohammed, is on site all day and night. he also takes care of the garden and pool maintenance. A maid lady and a cooker are also at your disposal everyday from 8h30 to 17h except on Sunday. For the rental of the entire house, you will have access to the kitchen (the cooker can also prepare your meals but the grocery shopping is not included). If you only reserve few nights, it is only for the staff use.
