The estate has been in the hands of the Counts Papafava since the 13th century, well over 700 years. Its 150 hectare of ground consist of a Venetian villa, a 19th century English park, a skilfully designed 18 hole golf course and cultivated farmland. All the houses were restored according to the latest standards of biological architecture. The strategic position of the estate makes for many an inspiring day trip to Padova, Venice, Vicenza, Verona, Ferrara, lake Garda as well as Este, Montagnana, Monselice and Arqua' Petrarca in the immediate vicinity. The villas on the Brenta canal as well as the famous Palladio villas should also be on your cultural agenda.
This beautiful villa is a traditional Venetian farmhouse and it is situated on the border of the Euganean hills, only 20 km south of Padova. The house looks out onto the park and the hills. It is surrounded by a private, delimited garden of 6000 m2. The garden has been carefully planted with an herb garden, roses, lilacs, Tibetan geraniums, iris and calendula. The trees are poplars, walnut and hazelnut, as well as a series of fruit trees (fig, cherry and apple). Our reference VENPAD1802, 1803, et 1804 are situated on the estate as well.
