In the heart of the Tuscany countryside rich in small picturesque villages (such as the 12th century village of Palaia), surrounded by woods, this lovely farmhouse has been restored with lots of taste and flair, using high quality equipments. A shady courtyard welcomes you at the main entrance, followed by a covered loggia and terrace enjoying wonderful views. The swimming pool, few meters from the house, is set in a vegetal nest. An original bread-oven, which can be used for pizzas and barbecues, will contribute to delight your summer evenings. The property is also close to the Castelfalfi Resort, with its beautiful golf course that has just been remodeled and is renowned as one of the most spectacular ones in Tuscany.

Ground Floor: Courtyard, loggia, terrace. Entrance hall. Large living room with fireplace. Big kitchen-dining room. Store room. Guest toilets. All these rooms open on to the garden.

First Floor: Sitting room with stairs leading directly to the garden. 2 double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and one with en suite bathroom. Huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and tub). Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Equipment : Swimming pool 12m x 6m. Internet connection; central heating; barbecue.

Included in the price: Water, gas, electricity. Linen and towels. Maid service 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Not included in the price: Heating.
