This beautiful villa is located in a very quiet and secluded position on the «Castello di Volpaia» estate, where there are two other properties, TOSCHI1064 and TOSCHI1063. The owners of the estate, with long experience in providing guest accommodations, completed restoration of this stone-built farmhouse in 2005. Their aim was to make it the ideal residence for those seeking a totally relaxing holiday in Chianti, so they have provided full-time staff to take care of the house and to prepare meals for guests. The interior of the villa has been restored with full respect for the typical Tuscan traditions, and each bedroom has been equipped with an en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy incredible views from the covered terrace, which is furnished for outdoor eating and is also very practical for families as it overlooks the pool, allowing parents to relax while keeping an eye on the pool area. The fortified hamlet of Volpaia offers a food shop and restaurant owned by the estate. The English speaking estate staff can organize cooking lessons, visits to the wine cellars and will be glad to assist guests during their stay. There is also a tennis court in the hamlet of Volpaia, available on request. It is also possible to rent the property for 8 people, please enquire for more details.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, cash, upon arrival.
