Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, wire payment, along with down payment.

Juillet 2023. John T. The villa is a unique experience. The outside environment and pool are exceptional. The chef was great. The inside was a little underinvested relative to the potential but we knew that when we selected the villa.
Cette villa nous a permis de vivre une expérience unique. L’environnement et la piscine étaient exceptionnels. Le chef était performant. Les espaces intérieurs étaient un peu moins bien équipés par rapport à leur potentiel, mais nous le savions lorsque nous avons choisi la villa.
