There are two apartments located on two different levels. Each apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 ensuite bathrooms, and one of the bathrooms is equipped with a Jacuzzi.
For your memorable and relaxing vacation, there is a half-open pool, a large garden, a table tennis, and also a large air-conditioned room for practicing yoga in peace

Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 75 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 100 €, cash, upon arrival.

Franck S. Aout 2021 Le propriétaire est adorable, le cuisinier super, tout à fait ce que nous souhaitions de la simplicité, cuisine locale casereccia comme ils disent, le personnel attachant. La vue est spectaculaire et archi typique du Val d’Orcia. Il y a eu tellement de sécheresse cet été que malheureusement tout était très très sec et certainement pas aussi vert que sur les photos prisent au printemps. L’équipement rien à dire, uniquement que la climatisation est plus tôt un système de rafraîchissement de l’air car peu efficiente ne refroidis pas du tout comme une climatisation, elle rafraîchi de quelques degrés. Le site est exceptionnel et l’emplacement remarquable. Pour y arriver il faut emprunter una strada bianca d’environ 1,5km mais facile par rapport à d’autres que nous avons emprunté par le passé.
