Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 45 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 45 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, wire payment to bellavista using the financial services of swikly , along with down payment.

Visitée par Aurore en Novembre 2018 Facile d’accès (aéroport de Pisa et Florence rapidement joignables ainsi que les grands axes) et donc idéale pour partir à la découverte des beautés de la Toscane. Dès que on arrive à la villa on est surpris par le calme et par la belle vue sur les montagnes en toile de fond de Montecatini Alto jusqu’à la Svizzera Pesciatina. Tant de destinations idéales pour les balades en moto ou en vélo. On peut rejoindre les magasins, restaurants et pizzeria à pieds ou à vélo car l’environnement immédiat est plat et ne présente pas de difficulté pour les novices, les experts pourront quant à eux se mesurer aux dénivelés des montagnes voisines. L’équipement de la villa est de dernière génération et à la pointe de la technologie. La maison est très fonctionnelle et tournée vers l’extérieur. Les chambres sont simples et spacieuses. La présence du spa et du grand jacuzzi en font un lieu idéale pour les locations hors saison. La maison voisine passe presque inaperçue, on l’oublie vite. Les voisins sont très discrets.
