The outside is composed with a big garden and fruit trees, garden furniture and lounge chairs, a heated pool with showers, and a sheltered patio with wooden table and chairs, a barbeque and a summer kitchen. The villa has been restored with lots of elegance and soberness, using the local Lecce stone, the “pietra Leccese”, but also antics and artifacts.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 2000 €, cash, upon arrival.

Tout était parfait avec une mention spéciale pour Antonietta et sa fille qui ont tout fait pour la logistique et le régal de nos palais . La maison est magnifique, il faudrait seulement penser à la literie qui n’est pas au top dans toutes les chambres. Un grand merci pour votre aide.
