Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 60 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 60 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 600 €, cash, upon arrival.

Valérie G aout 2021 : Villa Très Très bien, nous sommes très contents du séjour, impeccable comme d’habitude. La cuisine est très petite pour cuisinier. Région avec de beaux paysages mais moins de visites que la Toscane.

L'Agence Bellavista ne s'est pas contenté de nous louer un bien pour nos vacances, elle nous a accompagné jusqu'au premier jour de la location, nous a donné des conseils avisés, ce qui nous a permis de démarrer notre séjour sans stress, dans les meilleurs conditions. Le logement sélectionné par Bellavista que nous avons choisi répondait parfaitement à nos attentes, nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Maison très agréable, service parfait (propriétaire très attentionnée et disponible), dans un environnement magnifique ; un point d'amélioration pourrait être apporté à l'aménagement de la cuisine, très étriquée pour 6 personnes, de même qu'un grand parasol serait le bienvenu pour protéger le salon de jardin.
