Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1000 €, credit card to bellavista using the financial services of swikly , along with down payment.

Aout 2023 Frédéric.D. La maison était parfaite et très propre. La propriétaire, très gentille et aidante, à décoré le lieu avec goût. La vaisselle est très belle et de grande qualité, l’entretien de la piscine est très fréquent. La villa est extrêmement bien située, l’environnement est calme et des plages sont à proximité. En définitive, la maison est très agréable, refaite à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité. L’agence est très sérieuse et propose des biens de qualité et un service de proximité.
