The property consists of a lower house, an upper house and its dovecote. It is the latter two that are presented to you (the lower house will remain closed)
The villa is 250 m2 and has a small swimming pool, just like overlooking the sea. Many of the terraces offer beautiful spaces to relax and unwind as well as to have meals outside.

Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 1500 €, credit card, along with down payment.
