Terms of payment and cancellation
Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 500 €, credit card, along with down payment.

Aout 2023 Marie Cécile B. La maison est tout à fait conforme aux attentes. La vue est encore plus belle que sur les photos car elle est plus ouverte de ce que on peut penser en les regardant. La maison surplombe le port, il y à un peu d’ambiance le soir mais ce n’est pas désagréable c’est vraiment en fond. La maison rien à dire, il y a toutes les commodités, nous avions vu un commentaire sur le fait que la cuisine est petite cela n’est vraiment pas dérangeant car il y a tout ce qu’il faut et elle est très bien équipée. L’environnement est très calme, nous n’avons pas vu du tout les voisins. Nous avons été positivement surpris par Kéa, qui est visiblement une île de résidences secondaires pour les athéniens, il n’y a pas beaucoup de touristes. Il est vrai que c’est assez restreint en terme de visite, il n’y a effectivement pas grand-chose à voir mais par rapport à nos attentes de repos sans avoir trop chaud c’était tout à fait optimal. Nous sommes ravis.
Aout 2019 Thierry N Le très bon : - l'emplacement unique et la vue imprenable de la maison - le service (ménage, changement du linge, entretien de la piscine) - l'accueil et la prestation de *** sur place, qui est d'une rare efficacité (Excellent !) Le moins bon : - La petite taille de la cuisine...! Totalement inadaptée à une maison pourtant faite pour recevoir ses amis, incompréhensible...! - La taille du lave vaisselle (adapté à un 2 pièces) -
