Paiement terms : Down payment of 30% upon reservation and balance 45 days before the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 4000 €, credit card, upon arrival.

Aurore visite de Octobre 2019: En position dominante sur les hauteurs de Palombaggia cette villa bénéficie d’une situation tranquille dans un domaine privée. Immergée dans le maquis la villa se fond parfaitement dans la végétation qui l’entoure. Du jardin et de la villa on profite d’une belle vue sur le jardin et la mer avec le bruit des vagues en fond sonore. Les espaces à vivre sont grands et lumineux et permettent facilement d’accéder à l’extérieur, la terrasse ombragée et le jardin. La chambre de maitre avec sa salle de bain intégrée donne sur une terrasse privée avec vue sur la piscine et la mer. La dépendance située à quelques pas de la villa, est parfaite pour un jeune couple, des adolescents, ou des amis de passage voulant conserver leur intimité et indépendance. Et si on veut minimiser ses déplacements en voiture les restaurants sont à seulement 5 minutes, une petite épicerie à 2 minutes et la plage de Palombaggia à 5 minutes.
