Standing in an unspoilt tract of typical Tuscan seaside pine forest, this villa is just perfect for a great family holiday. A five minute walk through the villa’s private grounds takes you to a locked gate at the edge of the sandy beach beyond. The walk alone is a joy amongst the pines, shrubs and succulent plants typical of this shore.
The villa’s orchard, pergola, terraces and lawns provide ample space for relaxing outside living. Of particular note is the huge teak-floored terrace to the rear of the villa, equipped with comfortable chairs, sofas, loungers and an outside dining table – it even has a pine tree growing through it to provide shade, and from it there is just a glimpse of the sparkling sea beyond. Inside, the villa has been refurbished in 2008 to a very high decorative standard and is a marvel of modern technology with computer-controlled air conditioning, heating and lighting and many other conveniences. The privacy of the villa and its grounds belies the fact that, as can be seen from the approach, it is within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, playgrounds and sports facilities of all kinds, ideal for active children with energy to spare

Cancellation policy : 30% of the rental cost will be dued as cancellation fees if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days ahead of the rental start, and 100% of the rental cost will be dued if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days ahead of the rental start.
Damage deposit : 3000 €, wire payment to bellavista using the financial services of swikly , along with down payment.
